Today we watched almost 400 Under 12 boys competing in their first ever tournament. Gosport Park was bright and sunny (for a change!) and the boys had a great time. We saw 15 Hampshire sides and 5 out of counties sides compete for trophies in the Cup, Plate, Shield, Bowl and Vase. We even awarded a special trophy for TREDS. We also had Eastleigh and Vectis form a Barbarians team.

Well done to all the volunteers today, I can’t mention them all but will do some: Jacquie Smart, Shell Larkin, Mike Smart, Chris Bates, OJ James Simpson, Brett Gamblin, John D, Neil Williams, David Duran, Owen J Woods, Oliver Coles, Dion Gordon, Tony Buckley, Chris, Ryan and plenty of others who worked the car parks and kitchen. It was our most successful event yet! Thanks to Vicky and the kitchen and bar staff too. Well done to everyone!
